Peanut Butter filled Kongs = Best Idea EVER

The kids have been getting into the trash lately when we're not home. I know this is a boredom thing, so I decided to go buy everyone a Kong. We bought Hudson a Kong when we first adopted him, but he never showed any interest in it. I don't even know what happened to it.

Tony was resistant to my Kong idea at first, since it cost $60ish bucks to get all three of them one. I put them through the washer when we got home and then offered them to my babies. Nothing. No interest.

I've always heard of people filling them with peanut butter and then putting them in the freezer, so I decided to give that a shot. When I left for work yesterday morning, they were all quite happily licking away at their frozen peanut butter kongs. I went home at lunch to find that every TRACE of peanut butter had been removed. I refilled the kongs and tossed them in the freezer for 20 minutes (not long enough, but I had to go back to work) and gave them to the dogs again as I left.

When I got home, the trash was untouched.
