When we were buying our little house on Acres Green Dr, one of the huge selling points for us was the dog house that was built into the garage. It was ginormous! 4 ft wide, 6 ft long, and 4 ft tall. Perfect for two, four or even six Great Danes. It had motion sensor lights, a dog door to allow access from the back yard and even a heater with a little thermostat in the wall! What a perfect place for our babies to hang out while we were away from home at work.
This year, we had a really rainy spring and summer, and rather than deal with all the mud clean up leaving the puppies outside entailed, we started letting them remain inside. When fall rolled around, we got early snow and COLD weather, so they remained inside. Tony and I decided that they will remain inside puppies, so the lovely dog house is largely going unused. That is a HUGE amount of space to waste in the garage, so Tony decided to begin demolition with his trusty FUBAR. In a mere matter of hours, he had reduced our once spacious and lovely (though slightly stinky) doghouse to this:
Soon it will be completely gone. Just as soon as we get the electricity disconnected.
